I’ve been obsessed with everything creative since I can remember. I got my start with photography by first carrying around a digital camera I purchased from a garage sale. With it, I captured livestock and objects around my family farm in South Central Iowa. Through the years, my passion for photography flourished and I fell in love with capturing people. My passion for photography grew, and during college I started JP Photography. I started out capturing mostly senior pictures, and have expanded since to families, couples, weddings and events. I've been fortunate enough to capture various types of photography the last several years. However, I fell in love with capturing people’s love stories. They are my favorite to capture, and set my creative soul on fire. I get to freeze moments of you and your soulmate in time that you will get to relive over and over again. On your wedding day you can be expected to be hyped up, share a few laughs, and all around have fun.
